Upon successful purchase, you receive personal, non-transferable access to the selected course(s) for the stated duration (typically lifetime access). We may update lessons to improve clarity.

4. Refunds

If a course materially differs from its description, contact us within 14 days for review. Some promotional purchases may be final as indicated at checkout.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not share login credentials or resell course materials.
• Do not attempt to bypass security or disrupt service.
• Do not upload unlawful, harassing, or infringing content.

6. Intellectual property

All content, including text, lesson plans, and brand assets, is owned by Thinkelio Morning Kitchen or its licensors and protected by applicable law. Limited personal use is permitted.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational content “as is.” We do not guarantee specific culinary outcomes. Follow safety practices and ingredient guidance, especially for allergies.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
